MIPIAR – DOT Substance Abuse Provider


Department Of Transportation The United States Department Of Transportation (DOT) regulates safety-sensitive positions to monitor and maintain public safety. For individuals who test positive for alcohol and/or drugs, MIPI-AR provides services for completion of the Return to Duty Process, which is required for continued employment in a safety sensitive position. MIPI-AR provides: • Evaluations by experienced, Certified Substance Abuse Professionals (SAP) • Prompt and professional response to questions and concerns throughout the entire process • Full compliance with DOT regulations specific to 49 CFR Part 40 Sub Part ) • Fee structure is subject to change, contact MIPI-AR to confirm MIPI-AR Services The Certified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) will: • Conduct a thorough assessment in a respectful and private environment • Make referral and recommendations to meet client’s needs • Provide referrals to highly competent, DOT informed, convenient providers • Conduct a follow-up session(s) to assess response to recommendations • Comply with regulations to promptly communicate with employers • Be responsible for closure of the Return to Duty documentation process.
