I’ve tried to quit countless times and promised myself I’d stop because I hate the way I feel afterward but it’s become a bad habit I fall back on and I always feel lousy afterward for giving in to the bad habit.

There are a lot of different things to do. What works best for me is to find some sort of active hobby like working out or playing sports. When I used to sit around and smoke, play video games, and crap like that I ended up feeling worse afterward.
