Documentary Film on Alternative Treatments

Hello, my name is Lucas Catton, founder of The New Face of Recovery movement. We are producing a documentary film about alternative addiction treatment philosophies, and through our research and interviews are finding more resources for people who do not subscribe to the theory that addiction is just an incurable brain disease, believe that relapse is part of the life-long recovery process or that you must treat addiction with long-term replacement drugs or medications. It is my intention with this film to shed more positive light on these non-traditional approaches who are able to prove that addiction can be permanently overcome, and to assist in making these programs more readily available to people seeking help. In the coming weeks and months we will continue to update our progress on our blog, so be sure to check it out.
