Substance Abuse Journal: Could Anyone Consider a Yandere/tsundere Anime Character to Have Bipolar Disorder?

Question by qualeshia3: Could anyone consider a yandere/tsundere anime character to have bipolar disorder?
Judging by the way some anime characters are presented, can some (not all) have some sort of mental disability worth realizing? Other than yandere and tsundere, what are others like these that can make a person believe in a way they have a mental disorder? I don’t know but does what I have typed mean anything at all. Hasn’t anyone been curious about this as well?

Best answer:

Answer by Thomas
Potentially they could have bipolar disorders for all I know. Usually only Yandere characters tend to have some sort of mental dysfunction going on.

However Tsundere characters are sort of an exaggeration how some people in real life handle relationships. Even in my life, one of my friends, doesn’t watch anime or anything, but is naturally like a tsundere character. Cold on the outside, soft on the inside.
