I hope you mean toxicology for forensics when they figure out the role of a drug in a crime.
job is like a pharmaceutical scientist. except your dealing with crime lab not research and dead people not patients.

it will take 6-8 because those jobs require a lot of knowledge because you cant have the wrong reasons for why someone died and stuff. probably a degree in chemistry will be best

side note: make sure its you passion because what ever the csi believe to have substance abuse they will require you to check it.(that means it can be waste a body part blood urine) so you cant get disgusted on the job. Read more...

Question by Ttown: Should I tell someone I work with to lose weight and get healthy?
This women I work with is 49 never been married and and has to weigh over 300 pounds. She is always eating. She walks very slow and hunched over. She looks like she is miserable. I seen a picture of her “from a coworker” when she was young and she was a knockout! I guess she was stood up at the alter by some dude. Then she started working all the time and gained weight and never dated again. If she lost weight I know she would atleast be more happy. I really pitty her. Would it be wrong for someone to try and talk to her about her health and weight? I feel she needs an intervention. She is going to die fat,sad and alone. I am not even trying to be funny. Any opinions?
Thanks for the advice. I talk to her everyday. She is nice.. and I have worked with her for eight years.

(AP) – There were 744,000 homeless people in the United States in 2005, according to the first national estimate in a decade. A little more than half were living in shelters, and nearly a quarter were chronically homeless, according to the report Wednesday by the National Alliance to End Homelessness, an advocacy group.

A majority of the homeless were single adults, but about 41 percent were in families, the report said.

The group compiled data collected by the Department of Housing and Urban Development from service providers throughout the country. It is the first national study on the number of homeless people since 1996. That study came up with a wide range for America’s homeless population: between 444,000 and 842,000. Read more...
