In December 2011, the Hamilton Alliance Against Substance Abuse (HAASA) invited City of Angels NJ, Inc. to talk about its services. Focused on addiction prevention, HAASA offers many programs to Hamilton, NJ schools designed to help prevent substance abuse. COA helps addiction sufferers get and stay clean.
