The Rappahannock Area Community Services Board means different things to individuals with mental health concerns, substance use disorder, and intellectual disabilities receiving services in the City of Fredericksburg and the Counties of Caroline, King George, Spotsylvania, and Stafford. Services provided include: early intervention; counseling; crisis stabilization; emergency services, day support; and residential. Additional programs include: DARE To Be You; Healthy Families; Program for Teen Parents; Project LINK; Rappahannock Adult Activities; and Rappahannock Area Kids on the Block.
