I am a 23 year old male, currently uninsured, living in NY. My question is what is the best and preferbly cheapest insurance program i can get that will cover Substance Abuse classes? Thanks for your answers!

You don’t need to pay anything for “classes”. Go to AA or NA. You will learn more there than anywhere else.
