My friend took a opana ir tuesday, at about 8pm. She needs to pass a drug test at 4pm Thursday will this medicine be out of her system?

It is highly unlikely it will be detectable. Opana (oxymorphone) it typically only detectable for a short time, typically under 48 hrs (often under 24 hrs).
In addition most basic drug tests will not specifically test for oxymorphone, they test for “opiates” which technically only refers to natural opioids (ie., codeine, morphine) and semisynthetic opioids like oxymorphone are not as well detected and in many cases are completely missed.
