Live Now was developed in the early 70s by Al Mejia who was addicted to alcohol. He was in the 12 step program at AA when he began working on himself. He went on to work with other people with alcohol addiction and drug addiction and other addictions. He found that working with addiction was no different that working with other mental health issues. Live Now provides the tools to eliminate addictive behavior. It is the thinking that had the addiction; not the person.
