Question by Deidra Y: What works to help resist giving in to the physical cravings of meth?
I used to use meth for a few years, then quit. I was clean for 2 years and never thought i’d touch it again. Now, over the past three months, I’ve done it three times.

Today, my body just started having physical reactions. I felt weak, sick, jittery…. its like suddenly it wanted to get high. It caused me to fall off, once again, and I’m do dissapointed.

I’m just curious as to any advice that I can take it to put this back behind me once again. What can I do when my physical starts to take over?

I have come so far. I just want to go to bed and wake up and it be over. Im disgusted with my choices today. Some encouragement would be nice!    Read more...
