As the fight against drug abuse takes shape, people at the coast have something to smile about as they usher in the New Year. Perhaps in the hope that 2011 will see them kick their addictions, drug users there are trooping to the coast general hospital which now hosts a newly opened anti drug unit. In the government’s latest onslaught against drug abuse, the provincial administration has teamed up with the ministry of health and NACADA to run the unit for the rehabilitation of drug users.
