Allentown zoning board nixes Atiyeh proposal for rehab facility

Allentown Zoning Hearing Board: Live-in youth alcohol, drug program not compliant. A proposal for a youth drug and alcohol rehab center in Center City Allentown was struck down Tuesday after the city's Zoning Hearing Board ruled unanimously that the proposal was not compliant with the city's zoning ordinance.
