Benefits and disadvantage of both is caffeine! I love the stuff and it helps keep me awake and alert, but I’m addicted to caffeine and get a headache if I don’t drink coffee and/or tea.

they do not admit they are addicts and use every excuse to be high and not want sobriety they justify using and have grandiose behavior like i can quit any time and they don’t the saying i do not have a problem is a big lie they tell them selves to continue using.look up the N.A. website or get the book and read the stories or attend an N.A. meeting for more information.

It adds insult to injury when you have cases like the one in my link below.
It’s been 3-1/2 months since a man with a previous DUI conviction was charged with striking Mary Edwards while she walked home from a shopping center in December.
The impact broke her legs and ankles, dislocated her left elbow, smashed her left shoulder, cracked her ribs, bruised her lungs and knocked out several of her teeth. The injuries have left the 73-year-old woman bedridden.
