Question by dolce: Why am I so addicted to the internet? How to stop? ?
It seems like everyone these days is addicted to the internet. I confess… I spend way too much time online & it’s deff. not good. Instead of doing homework I go online first and spend hours and hours and then do homework at like 2:00 a.m. It really is interfering with my life. Any helpful suggestions? PS. I recently got a new laptop and this “addiction” is even worse since laptops are really handy you can take them anywhere. How can I stop spending hours & hours online not doing anything constructive?

Try taking up a different hobby. Or maybe an after-school activity or just hanging out with friends. Or learn how to play guitar. That’s what I do.
