Is This Animal Abuse for Dogs? Please Help.?
Question by applemonjuice: Is this animal abuse for dogs? Please help.?
My neighbor’s yard has poop everywhere! The smell of their dog poop will blow to our house with the wind. That’s how much poop they have in their yard! I’d take a picture of their yard but it would be too obvious and they’ll wonder what the heck I’m doing. The neighbors never pick up their dog’s poop, and when they do it’s like once every 3-4 months. Imagine if you were surrounded by 3-4 months worth of your own poop, that’s freaking nasty!

Addiction: Do You Agree That “addictions” Should Be a Viable Reason for Criminal Behaviour?
Question by charlottey: Do you agree that “addictions” should be a viable reason for criminal behaviour?
In many court cases, the defence has claimed that their client was/is suffering from an addiction and this led to their criminal behaviour. Addictions such as gambling, drug, alcohol, and now even sexual/pornographic “addictions” are being considered in court.
Do you think addictions are real? And do you think they should be a valid reason or partial reason for criminal acts?
Best answer:
Answer by Phil McGroyen
Many addictions are real (sex excluded, that’s sill), but NO excuse for criminal behavior.
“I was addicted to booze, and couldn’t contol myself; I don’t recall killing my wife…”
The vast majority of addicted people will not commit crimes to support their habits, other than the actual crime of consuming illegal drugs or driving drunk. Criminal activity is a moral failing, not a usual characteristic of addiction, thus NO excuses.
