For me it’s an addition! If i try to go more than a couple of hours without a cigarette i start getting shakey and nervous and cranky. Drugs are addictive. You know how when people( not me) on drugs are when they don’t have any, they get all shakey and nervous? well that’s how i am when i need a cigarette!

i am a smoker and i would like to say habit. and the only reason why is because i have yet to try and quit. when i do try and quit, if i can’t stop. then i will consider it addiction, not addition.
