Addicted to Opiates: Those Who Answered That?

Question by For God And Constitution: Those who answered that?
This has to be God’s word. There are only two books in history that have fulfilled prophecy in them. The Qua’ran and Bible. Qua’ran only has one in it and it is he walked on the mountain. That is a self fulfilled prophecy. The Bible has 333. Two are: Psalm 22 and Isaiah 53. Dead Sea Scrolls show that the Bible hasn’t changed at all. Put a modern day Hebrew Bible to the Dead Sea Scrolls and they are exactly alike.

What is changing people today? When someone accepts Christ they are changed completely. For example my Bible teacher’s brother who was an alcoholic and addicted to chewing tobacco. He drank a six pack everyday. He was channel flipping and he came to a show called the 700 club. He got down on his knees and accepted Christ into his life. The next day he did not have an urge to drink or chew. Doctors say that an addiction that deep cannot be turned off at all. They say there will urges after you have quit. For him he was turned off automatically.

How do you explain the disciples. At first when Jesus died they were all huddled in a room and scared to die. When they found out He had risen they weren’t afraid to die anymore. In fact, 6 died by crucifixion, and 4 by sword. Peter or Paul (I can’t remember) gave a speech on Christ that eventually cost him his life. They wouldn’t have done that before Christ rose.
Hey “I Know” this is not what I base my faith on. I base my faith on the Bible. Those are just some things God has given us to prove to non-believers they are wrong.

You theists just love arguing with each other by making a ton of unsupported claims don’t you? Hell, you even got several things dead wrong.

No wonder you guys never get anywhere.

The ladies are asking if you like for an assistant in the room with you and your OB/GYN, if you find the word “negro” offensive to describe blacks or African…
