Her husband also suffers from the same. My concern is for my daughter. Everyday I wake up and wonder if this is the day I get the phone call that she is dead from a car wreck or an overdose from alchol.
She and I cannot have any where near a normal conversation on the phone without her screaming at me and calling me all sorts of names. I am toatlly and completely depressed.
I have tried ala-non and it was not for me. Someone please try to help me put this in the right prespective.

Firstly you need to find out the root of the problem. Why is she drinking to excess?
If you can establish this sit her down and talk through her problems with her.
