Connecticut also features some strong anti-drug laws.

According to the Connecticut Alcohol and Drug Abuse Association, 7% of centers are private non-profit organizations and 86% are private for-profit organizations. The rest are federal, state and local initiatives. While, most of the programs are private for-profit, do not get too worried about costs since there many state agencies and non-profit organizations that specialize in helping drug abusers.
